Monette

Quiming, Monette (popularly known amongst colleagues as Monette) is a familiar profile in E-TECH. She joined the company in August 2014 as an M&E Coordinator and has not looked back as she rose through the rank and file over the years. Always, a meticulous, obliging and friendly person in the company, she never says “no” to whoever approaches her for assistance and advice. This had not changed even when she was transferred to different work departments as part of her training and when our business operations dictated.
A staff member the company can rely on, Monette has performed her duties diligently, even under the most challenging business environments and customers’ demands. She brings along an air of authority but in an almost unassuming manner. Monette graduated with a Bachelor in Computer Science from Arellano University, Philippines in 2005. She also studied at Pascal Rivera Pimentel Memorial Academy where she graduated in 2001.
Monette spent a year back in the Philippines from between 2023 and 2024 to attend to her family matters and was eager to return to folds of E-TECH early this year. We welcome her back with open arms and look forward to her continued dedication and commitment to the company. Turning 41 in March 2025, Monette told us that she is ever so grateful for the opportunities to express in her work in E-TECH and she would strive to be more efficient, effective and productive not only in her present field of work but also in any other areas where she can enrich and share her knowledge and experiences. Management wishes her well.
