Hor Kum Hoi

Hor Kum Hoi, a veteran in the Property management and other industries, came on board E-TECH in 2019 after working for a multitude of small and huge companies. He is a much respected figure amongst his co-workers and customers in the industry. His seniority and maturity belies his energies and dynamism when out on marketing and sales visits. He is as spirited as any staff half his age.

Kum Hoi graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in 1992 and earned his Master of Business in Professional Accounting from Victoria University, Australia in 1996. He also obtained his Diplomas in Industrial Management and in Electrical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic and Singapore Polytechnic respectively.

A steady worker, Kum Hoi was with PUB (now known as Singapore Power) as Principal Technical Officer where he remained for 17 years till 2003.  He then became a Manger at Music Paradize to manage the operation of the music school which covered recruitment of students and sales of musical instruments. He stayed with them for 6 years before moving to Knight Frank Property and Asset Management Pte Ltd as Senior Service Excellence Executive where he had to work with Condominiums MCST and commercial and industrial sites.  Kum Hoi is most happy at work and gets well with his colleagues and customers alike.
